Police from the Vitkovsi District Department in the Nikolaev region used computers that they had seized from a crypto farm for bitcoin mining. The administrator of the arrested crypto farm, which tracked their computers and noticed that they continued to operate, wrote a statement to police.

Earlier, all computers and miscellaneous equipment were seized for illegal mining. As it turned out, the police decided to use the equipment for its intended purpose and installed the seized equipment at home. During searches by the State Security Service, mobile phones as well as computers were seized.

After the man wrote a statement to GBR, he was beaten. As it turned out, he was the chief officer of the police department of the Witowski district – the chief, his deputy and two operatives. It is reported that the reason for the beating was not just a statement, but they were also refused to pay 30 thousand dollars and give passwords to all computers.
