With regard to improving the epidemiological situation in the capital, Kiev Mayor Vitaly Klitschko relaxed restrictions on the work of many institutions. This was announced by the head of the Kiev City State Administration during a traditional online briefing.

According to the mayor, from July 6, the Emergency Status Commission allowed restaurants, catering establishments, theaters and theaters to operate in the capital even after 22:00 in compliance with sanitary norms and regulations.

“The work of organizing entertainment venues and cultural events is limited to 22:00,” said Vitali Klitschko.

At the same time, the mayor specified that the city continues to check how well business entities comply with work regulations. Last month, a special commission, consisting of state food and beverage service personnel, police and municipal guards, enacted 369 protocols on violations. In addition, violations were found in food markets, shops, shopping centers, cafes and restaurants.

“Those who commit violence are fined. But it is worrying that entrepreneurs start neglecting the basic rules, endangering both their employees and visitors. And this can increase the outbreak of the disease. And then we have to return to strict restrictions again, ”warned Vitaly Klitschko.
