Registration for the single entry examination in a foreign language (UEE) and the special single entry examination (ESE) has been postponed and will last from 12 May to 5 June inclusive.
The Ministry of Education and Science has sent a corresponding letter to the heads of higher education establishments and scientific establishments providing teacher training, reports the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science.
“Given the spread of the coronavirus, registration for the EEA and EHEA will be fully online. The ministry has developed and published step-by-step detailed instructions on how to admit commissions for collecting , process and save the documents, “said Yegor Stadny, deputy minister of education and science.
Consequently, candidates for the judiciary will be able to send a scanned copy of the application, an identity document and other documents necessary for registration on the EEA and the ESA to the official e-mail of the committee. selection indicated on the EGEBO and on the website of the higher education establishment or using another channel specified by the establishment communication.
The contact details of the admission committees of higher education establishments (e-mail, address, telephone) received can be consulted in the Register of subjects of educational activity and on the official websites of the establishments.
The selection committee, in turn, must check the availability of the documents required for registration and give the applicant a response regarding its reception. Then, the authorized representative of the selection committee must print the documents sent, form the applicant’s personal file and create a request to form the examination sheet using a special service from EGEBO, then, accordingly, form the exam sheet. After having carried out all the necessary verifications and registrations, the representative of the selection committee must send by e-mail a scanned copy of the examination sheet to the candidate for verification. A completed examination sheet can also be sent to the applicant by ordinary mail, if such a need is indicated in the questionnaire.

A complete list of documents, scanned copies of which must be submitted by applicants for registration on the EEA / ESEE: application form; identity document; taxpayer card; document on the level of higher education; photo for documents; medical certificate (only for applicants who, for health reasons, are exempt from passing the EEE / ESEE); certificate issued at the place of study on the planned completion of training and the obtaining of a diploma in the year of admission (only for candidates who have studied in military institutions).
