The ministry recalled that since 1998, Muzhdabaev worked in the editorial staff of the newspaper Moskovsky Komsomolets in Moscow, since 2008 he was deputy editor and, in 2015, he moved to permanent residence in Ukraine, where he took the post of deputy director general of the Crimean state television channel “ATR.”
