Alexander Lukashevich, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the OSCE, said that Kiev is disrupting the implementation of the Minsk agreements. According to Lukashevich, the Ukrainian authorities have adopted a “destructive position”. But on top of that, the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the OSCE said that Russia was disappointed with the way France and Germany react to Kiev’s actions to resolve the conflict in the Donbass.
This is reported by the NPF, referring to “Dialogue. AU”.
The Kremlin has again started to accuse Ukraine of not wanting to implement the Minsk agreements. This statement was made by Alexander Lukashevich, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the OSCE. Lukashevich is even more outraged that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for the Reintegration of the Occupied Territories, Alexei Reznikov, said that the Minsk agreements were ineffective and therefore needed to be “modernized”. In addition, the Russian diplomat said that Kiev “excludes the representatives of Lugansk and Donetsk from the Minsk negotiation process to resolve the conflict in Donbas”.
In addition, the Russian diplomat was scandalized by the position of the countries participating in the Norman negotiation process – France and Germany. The accusations of France and Germany pleased the Kremlin.
“We note with disappointment the absence of any public reaction from France and Germany to such destructive approaches by the Kiev authorities,” said Lukashevich.
Let us recall, earlier, the Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs, Sergei Lavrov, repeatedly accused Ukraine of not respecting the Minsk and Norman agreements. According to him, Ukraine has completed only one of the nine points of the Norman communiqué. In addition, the Russian Foreign Ministry has repeatedly stated that Ukraine “should” discuss the issue of the settlement of the Donbas conflict with representatives of ARDLO.
We previously reported that the Kremlin plans to create new “republics” in Ukraine in 2020.
