Sheremet case: Antonenko claims he was under pressure in the remand center
Musician Andrei Antonenko (Riffmaster), suspect in the murder of journalist Pavel Sheremet, says he was pressured and did not receive medical treatment in the pre-trial detention center.
He said so in an interview with Babel.
“There was pressure (in the pre-trial detention center – note) – warm clothes and hygiene products were prohibited (washing, cutting your hair). They did not provide medical care, such as dental care. By the way, now they don’t provide it either. In this regard, I have written several statements, received unsubscribe with approval, but without help … They still have not visited my family, “said Antonenko.
According to him, in the cell, he has a “neighbor”.
“The conditions are not at home, but not critical. Of course, I’m already tired, everyone is tired, but we have to keep going, “said Antonenko.
He added that he had read a new suspicion, but denied any involvement in the acts of which he was accused.
