“But as the hearing before the court of appeal was already scheduled for 12 noon, it was in fact thwarted by the sabotage of Belotserkovets. Now the appeal is scheduled for April 28 at 12 days from today “said the community.
The activists also appealed to the VSP to request the opening of disciplinary proceedings against judge Belotserkovets “on the fact of his deliberate violation of the law (submit the full text of the decision within 5 days of the date of adoption), which resulted in the termination of the appeal. “
Activists also called on President Vladimir Zelensky to contact the office of the Attorney General and the Attorney General Irina Venediktova with the requirement pursuant to Art. 36 of the CCP to initiate a change in the preventive measure for Kouzmenko to everything not related to the detention.
As reported, on December 12, 2019, Home Affairs Minister Arsen Avakov announced the detention and the suspicion of suspicion in the murder of journalist Pavel Sheremet. The investigation suspects five people – a doctor and a volunteer Yulia Kuzmenko, a nurse from one of the paratrooper battalions Yan Dugar and ATO veteran Andrei Antonenko.
On December 13, the Pechersky District Court chose the preventive measure Dugar in the form of a 24-hour house arrest, Antonenko and Kuzmenko – in the form of detention without bail.
Dugar later changed the preventive measure to house arrest every night, Antonenko and Kuzmenko remain in detention until May.
