SkyUp postpones flights due to extended quarantine: how to get compensation
SkyUp Airlines has delayed the resumption of scheduled flights due to the extension of quarantine.

“SkyUp Airlines delays the resumption of scheduled flights due to the extension of quarantine,” said the report.
At the same time, the company explained that passengers with tickets with a departure date up to and including May 22 may receive a refund of the cost of the ticket in accordance with the conditions of the fare. SkyUp clarified that the refund will be made after the end of the quarantine.
In addition, these passengers can change the departure date without additional cost or refund the ticket in the form of a promotional code of 120% of the amount of the unused part of the canceled reservation.

Please note that it will be possible to use the promotional code when paying for tickets and services for any direction of the airline.
As reported by Ukrinform, since March 12, the government has introduced quarantine in Ukraine to combat the spread of coronavirus infection. In particular, commercial establishments were closed, with the exception of grocery stores, pharmacies, petrol stations and banks. Subway work in Kiev, Kharkov and Dnipro has been stopped, land transport in cities has been stopped, interurban and interregional automobile, rail and air communications have been stopped. Since March 28, Ukraine has completely closed the border for scheduled flights, including aviation.
The quarantine in Ukraine has been extended until May 22, but from May 11, some of the restrictions will be lifted.
