The head of the so-called “DPR” Denis Pushilin promised on the eve of May 9 to pay all veterans of the Second World War a one-time cash assistance worth 75,000 rubles. The media controlled by the occupiers reported that Pushilin had even signed the corresponding “decree No. 90”. But, as Donetsk blogger Dmitry Cherkasov discovered, participants in World War II will most likely find themselves without financial aid, as there are no such funds in the “budget” of the “republic”.
This is reported by the NPF, citing the portal DonPress
Donetsk blogger Dmitry Cherkasov writes that the “head” of the so-called “DPR” Denis Pushilin has promised veterans of the “republic” to pay cash aid in the amount of 75 thousand rubles. But, as the blogger discovered, the illegal “republic” authorities had time to promise help, but there was no money in the “budget” for it.
According to the blogger, the “budget” of the “republic” does not provide for ad hoc aid to veterans. In addition, the blogger writes that the “republic” should not expect money from the Russian Federation, because the Kremlin has its own problems.
“This time something went wrong … This is due to the fact that this payment is not foreseen in the” Republican budget “and, in addition to that, the Russian Federation has not allocated funds for the “DPR” “, writes Cherkasov.
According to Cherkasov, the “Norwegian Council of the DPR” turned to the head of the unrecognized “republic” with the idea of replacing cash payment with food. The blogger calculated that this way, instead of 75,000 rubles, the “DPR authorities” would spend 1,000 rubles per veteran. Cherkasov is certain that the grocery cart for veterans will be very mundane, and veterans should not expect concern from “DPR authorities”.
“The veterans of the Great Patriotic War will only get ordinary pasta or sunflower oil, well, maybe something else,” writes Cherkasov.
We previously reported that the blogger had mentioned the new problems of “head of the DPR” Pushilin.
