According to the bank, before the introduction of quarantine measures in Ukraine, more than 1.5 million people paid utility bills each month at the cash desks of PrivatBank branches, including the majority of pensioners. As a rule, these customers are not users of the Privat24 Internet Bank and do not have the tools and skills necessary to pay for communal services, which financial institution representatives noted.

It has been reported that the new service will allow customers to pay for a communal apartment in a few minutes, while support service operators will help to correctly fill out payment details according to data received from utilities.
