State leaders have recovered 215 million hryvnia from payroll debt this year
Since the beginning of the year, the state executive service has collected 215.8 million hryvnia from payroll debts.
This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Justice for the executive service Andrei Gaychenko, informs the press service of the Ministry of Justice.
“One of the priorities of the Ministry of Justice is to give employees back their legally earned funds. Since the beginning of the year, thanks to the success of the work of the organs of the State Executive Service, 215.8 million UAH have been recovered. The debt of more than 14,000 employees has been fully repaid, “said Gaychenko.
He added that in order to increase the efficiency of this work, the Ministry of Justice had prepared amendments to the law “on enforcement procedures”.

In addition, the Deputy Minister of Justice announced the intention of the Ministry to periodically publish TOP debtor companies.
“This is more of a preventive measure, as the risk of losing a reputation by entering TOP debtors should deter business leaders from breaches,” said Gaychenko.
