Stepanov called the quarantine rules for restaurants

These and other rules for cafes and restaurants were announced by Health Minister Maxim Stepanov on Facebook.
“It is forbidden to enter the establishment without an escort of an establishment employee,” he wrote.
In addition, the following are prohibited: the operation of children’s bedrooms; organizing holidays, banquets, master classes, public events, etc., in which more than 10 people participate; cooking in open kitchens (with the exception of a partition closed to visitors) by the operation of self-service buffets (separate areas), including for self-service drinks by self-service customers in fast food establishments. Trays, dishes, drinks and cutlery must be provided by the staff at the request of the visitor.
It is also forbidden to sit at a table for more than 4 people, excluding children.
