The Minister of Health, Maxim Stepanov, described the behavior of the Ukrainians as respecting the rules of quarantine “anarchy”.

He said that on “Right to Power”.

“The main thing is that we stop this (increase in the incidence of COVID-19 – ed.) – we must think about it and adhere to the recommendations of the ministry which are given. Because, excuse me, and the anarchy that occurs in terms of respect for the rules … you have to watch on the street what is happening in our restaurants, clubs, bars, what is happening on the beaches of Odessa, it is quite difficult to say that in this way we can limit the spread of coronavirus, “said Stepanov.

According to him, citizens should pay attention to the fact that the incidence of COVIDD-19 increases, the number of hospitalized and the number of deaths increases.

At the same time, according to him, there are certain instruments established by law to monitor compliance with the restrictive measures that are in the national police, the National Food and Beverage Service.
