Sternenko reported an alleged murder
Activist Sergey Sternenko has been informed of suspicions under the articles of “premeditated murder” and “illegal carrying of knives”.
He wrote about it on Facebook.
“I have been informed of the suspicions under part 1 of section 115 and part 2 of section 263 -” intentional murder “and” illegal “transportation of cold steel,” wrote Sternenko.
He also stressed that he had not committed the killings.
“There was no murder, but the necessary defense, the investigator himself admitted earlier by reporting suspicions to the attackers,” said the activist.
Regarding the knife, then, according to him, several examinations revealed that it was not a cold weapon.

As Ukrinform reported, Sternenko arrived at the SBU’s Main Investigation Department on June 11 to suspect him.
On the evening of May 24, 2018, two assailants attacked Sternenko and his girlfriend. Repelling the attackers, he fatally wounded one of them with a knife in the stomach. Sternenko himself and the second attacker, who were quickly arrested by the police and immediately released, were stabbed, given witness status, and then granted state protection.
As regards the facts of the attacks on Sternenko, the procedural guide concerning three criminal proceedings has been executed, another indictment against the alleged aggressor has been sent to the court.
