First, the patrol officers will monitor compliance with the quarantine restrictions when carrying out actions in the capital of Ukraine.

In addition, the police recalled that in Ukraine, symbols of totalitarian regimes, including the recordings of St. George, are prohibited and warned of a severe repression of provocations.

According to the metropolitan police chief, Andrey Krischenko, the main action in Kiev will take place in the park of eternal glory.

The monitoring of compliance with quarantine restrictions in the capital will be carried out by the situation center of the Ministry of the Interior. Online police will monitor the situation.

The Metropolitan Police Chief warned that to avoid possible provocation, the dog handlers and bomb technicians would work during the rally and that the police would conduct a surface inspection of visitors at special checkpoints.

“Therefore, we ask you to take preventive measures with understanding, because all this is necessary to ensure security”, – said Krischenko.

Violators will be fined up to 5,100 hryvnias or an administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
