The Cabinet of Ministers has determined a unique mechanism for the supervision of Gostrud
The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution defining a single mechanism for assessing the risks associated with the implementation of economic activity and a mechanism for carrying out supervision (control) measures provided for by the National Labor Service of Ukraine.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture.
“On May 20, at a government meeting, a resolution was adopted which defines a single mechanism for assessing the risks associated with economic activities and a mechanism for implementing the planned supervision (control) measures by the National Service of Ukrainian work, “said the report.
We are talking about areas of activity such as labor protection, industrial security, occupational health, handling of industrial explosives, work, employment, employment and placement of people with disabilities, implementation state surveillance of mines.
The ministry noted that the implementation of the resolution will help ensure a unified approach to planning inspections, improve the quality of supervision, reduce the number of planned Gostrud activities taking into account the three levels of risk. commercial entities, to make the activities of Gostrud officials more transparent and their decisions.

The resolution defines the following risk assessment criteria:
the presence of objects of increased danger and the operation of machines, mechanisms, equipment of increased danger of a commercial entity;
the existence of hired labor in a commercial entity;
the presence of accidents in a commercial entity,
a method of extraction by a commercial entity of minerals;
the presence of violations of the law in certain areas.
As indicated, there are currently 82,065 commercial entities in Ukraine with a high degree of risk, 221,434 – with an average, 414,132 – with a slight degree of risk.
