Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for the reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories Alexei Reznikov said that the cabinet of ministers intended to help the residents of the temporarily occupied territories in the fight against the coronavirus. According to the minister, Ukraine can only help its citizens to defend themselves against the coronavirus pandemic thanks to international organizations, the Ukrainian authorities not having access to territories controlled by militants. According to Reznikov, the Red Cross and the UN should become intermediaries to help the residents of ORLDO.

Minister Reznikov spoke about the Constitution of Ukraine. According to Reznikov, residents of the temporarily occupied territories should count on state aid, as it is their constitutional right.
“Our task is to provide every Ukrainian citizen with the medical care and personal protective equipment necessary in the event of a pandemic. This also concerns the residents of Ordlo, “said the Minister.
According to the minister, the Red Cross and the UN can help Ukraine in this case. The politician noted that the Cabinet of Ministers intended to seek help from these international organizations.
It should be noted that assistance to residents of the occupied territories will consist of personal protective equipment against coronavirus infection.
