On June 22, the court will examine the question of limiting the time spent on the preliminary investigation documents in the case, the people involved are the people’s deputy of the Euro-Solidarity Sofia Fedyna and the volunteer Marusia Zvirobiy.
On this subject, in a comment to Ukrinform, said Fedyna’s lawyer Valery Pidchasyuk.
“On Monday 22 June, a limitation of the period of knowledge of the material of criminal procedure will be considered (in the case of Fedyna and Zvirobiy – note),” said Pidchasuk.
According to reports, at the end of November 2019, investigators from the central office of the GDB sent for approval to the office of the Prosecutor General a draft report on the suspicions of “threat of murder against the President of Ukraine” to the deputy Sofia Fedyna and the volunteer Marusa Zirobi. The case was opened based on their statements to President Vladimir Zelensky on October 26, 2019.
