This is reported by the NPF, referring to RBC-Ukraine.

The President of the European Commission has apologized to Italy for the fact that the Union did not support the country in a very difficult period. Ursula von der Layen admitted that as soon as Europe was faced with the coronavirus pandemic, each country began to think only of itself.

According to von der Leyen, the EU has already developed a project to support the countries most affected by the coronavirus. She noted that Italy would soon receive compensation.

It should be noted that Italy had previously declared that the EU had not provided aid to it in time during the coronavirus epidemic. And French President Emmanuel has declared that due to the coronavirus pandemic, there is a great risk of the European Union collapsing and closing the Schengen area.

We have previously indicated that Lukashenko had indicated under what conditions the Republic of Belarus was ready to ally with the Russian Federation.
