The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has instructed regional state administrations to take additional measures to detect and serve elderly single people who have isolated themselves.
This is indicated in the clarification of the new restrictive measures for the quarantine period, published on the government portal.
“The government has instructed regional state administrations to take additional measures to identify and serve unattached individuals and those living alone, among the elderly, the disabled, people in isolation and to organize support appropriate social “, explains the explanation.
In addition, people who are in self-isolation (with the exception of patients with COVID-19) and who have no one to care for have the right to visit stores and other points of sale located at a distance. maximum of 2 kilometers from the place of self-isolation. These people must respect the mask regime.

As Ukrinform reported, since March 12, Ukraine has introduced quarantine in educational institutions and a number of other measures to control the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection. Thereafter, the quarantine was extended until April 24.
As of April 6, restrictive measures will be strengthened in Ukraine. In particular, it will not be possible to be in public places without wearing personal protective equipment, in particular a respirator or a face mask.
It is also forbidden to move a group of more than two people, with the exception of cases of official necessity and people under 14 accompanying parents, adoptive parents, guardians, guardians, foster parents , foster parents, other people according to the law or the child’s adult parents. Children should not be in public places.

It is also prohibited to visit parks, squares, recreational areas, forest parks and coastal areas, in addition to walking pets in one person and, if necessary, sports and playgrounds, as well as organize all public events.
