It should be noted that in Moldova, the border police reported that from March 29 at 8 am at the traffic control point “Bricani-avto” (on the Ukrainian side – the checkpoint “Rososhany- avto “in the Kelmenets district in the Chernivtsi region) all debit operations.
Since March 17, Moldova has prohibited the entry of foreigners and established a state of emergency.
“Belarus. In this country, quarantine (self-isolation) is planned for 14 days for all people entering from countries where cases of coronavirus are recorded. The ministry informed that the Russian Federation restricted entry to foreigners from March 18, but at the same time allowed entry into the Russian Federation of residents of Ordlo Ukraine. In addition, from March 30, additional restrictions are introduced in Russia.
“Hungary has restricted entry to foreigners from 03/17/2020 (03/12/2020 a state of emergency has been declared in the country); Romania has restricted entry to foreigners from 03/22/2020 (03/16/2020 a state of emergency has been declared in the country), “the statement said.
The Interior Ministry said that restrictions on border crossings by foreigners in neighboring countries have certain exceptions. They generally concern diplomats, persons carrying out international transport, crew members, foreigners having the right to reside in the territory of these countries.
