The state protocol for the treatment of patients with COVID-19 will soon be expanded with a list of new drugs.
This was announced by Ukrainian Minister of Health Maxim Stepanov on a television channel, reports Gromadske.
“I mean the group of the best doctors in the country is working on this protocol, continuing to explore various options, monitoring almost 24 hours a day what is going on in the world. I think this week they will be adding drugs to regimens, “said Stepanov.

Stepanov noted that the maximum efforts of doctors are aimed at developing a treatment mechanism that would minimize the fatal consequences of COVID-19.
“Today there is not a single drug with the testimonies of COVID-19. It is all modern evidence-based medicine, how the whole world heals … But if we at least have a chance to save our citizens … I will do it, we will deal with these drugs to give results in different countries, “added the minister.

Reminder: from 10 p.m. on April 5, in Ukraine, 1,308 laboratory-confirmed PCR studies on COVID-19 cases, of which 37 were fatal, 27 patients recovered.
