The Ministry of Justice is developing a “RTC electronic archive” to create a single database
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is developing the project “Electronic Archives of Technical Technical Inventory” (“Electronic Archives of the Technical Inventory Office – Editor’s note), which provides for the creation of a single database where all the property rights information in electronic form will be displayed
According to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on Facebook, it will also contain scans of documents on the basis of which the registration of property rights was carried out until 2013.
“The Ministry of Justice is currently developing the RTC electronic archiving project and is negotiating with communities and local authorities to create it,” said the report.
As indicated, the project provides for the creation of a single database in which all information on property rights in electronic form will be placed with the mandatory attachment of scanned copies of the documents on the basis of which the registration of property rights. property was carried out until 2013.

The Ministry of Justice argues that the implementation of this concept will help to ensure effective protection of citizens and the business community against fraudulent activities and counterfeiting of documents; enter complete data on real estate located in Ukraine; transparency of actions on real estate objects; reduction of the costs in money and time for the citizens and opening and accessibility of information on the real rights of the people to the real estate for the clerks and notaries.
The department stresses that the digitization of 100% of information on registered real estate is the key to effective protection of citizens and businesses against fraudulent activities.
