The NACP has drawn more than 170 conclusions on the intentional non-submission of declarations
Since the beginning of the year, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has drawn 171 informed conclusions concerning the intentional non-compliance with the declarations, including the annual declarations for 2017 and 2018.

“Among the subjects of the declaration, who deliberately did not submit the declaration, in particular, 92 police officers, 21 officials, two officials and officials of the prosecution and an inspector of the High Qualification Commission of judges of Ukraine,” said the press release.

The NAPK recalls that for such a violation, the court can impose a fine of 2,500 to 3,000 minimum income tax-exempt to citizens (today it is 42,500 – 51,000 UAH), a community service for a duration of 150 to 240 hours or a prison sentence of up to 2 years with the deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to exercise certain activities for a period of up to three years.
