The right of foreign students to stay in Ukraine also applies during quarantine – MON
The validity of residence permits for foreign students in Ukraine is extended for the quarantine period and within 30 days of its completion.
That’s what Deputy Minister of Education and Science Yegor Stadny said during a live broadcast on the Facebook page of the Ministry of Education and Science, reports a correspondent for Ukrinform.
“Many people apply for a residence permit in Ukraine. The fact is that the National Migration Service and the government as a whole have decided that the evidence they have would be valid for the quarantine period. In other words, even if they end now, they still request the quarantine period plus 30 days after the end of this quarantine, “noted Stadny.
He added that the relevant information is available on the website of the National Migration Service and is available in Ukrainian and English.
