The situation on the foreign exchange market of Ukraine on June 1, 2020: the euro has strongly increased

The National Bank of Ukraine updated the official exchange rates on June 1, 2020.

The National Bank of Ukraine established the official exchange rates on June 1, 2020. The price of the US dollar stopped at around 26.86 hryvnia, 6 cents lower than the previous banking day. And the euro became cheaper by 30 kopecks and today costs 29.92 hryvnia for 1 euro.

Official exchange rates on June 1:

1 US dollar costs 26.8685 hryvnia;

1 euro – 29.9275 hryvnias;

1 Russian ruble – 0.3813 hryvnias.

Average spot market exchange rate:

– dollar: purchase of 26.75 hryvnia, sale of 27.00 hryvnia per unit;

– Euro: purchase of 29.40 hryvnias, sale of 29.90 hryvnias per unit.
