The situation on the foreign exchange market of Ukraine on June 2, 2020: the NBU lowered the hryvnia

The National Bank of Ukraine updated the official exchange rates on June 2, 2020.

The National Bank of Ukraine established official exchange rates on June 2, 2020. The price of the US dollar stopped at around 26.81 hryvnia, 5 kopecks lower than the previous banking day. And the euro has become cheaper by 12 kopecks and today costs 29.80 hryvnia for 1 euro.

Official June 2 exchange rates:

1 US dollar costs 26.8181 hryvnias;

1 euro – 29.8043 hryvnias;

1 Russian ruble – 0.3846 hryvnias.

Average spot market exchange rate:

– dollar: purchase of 26.70 hryvnia, sale of 26.90 hryvnia per unit;

– Euro: purchase of 29.50 hryvnia, sale of 29.90 hryvnia per unit.
