The situation on the foreign exchange market on May 7, 2020: in Ukraine, there was a tendency to strengthen the hryvnia

The National Bank of Ukraine established official exchange rates on May 7, 2020. The price of the US dollar fell 4 kopecks from the previous banking day and stopped at around 26.93 hryvnia. And the euro has dropped by 16 kopecks and today costs 29.10 hryvnia for 1 euro.

Official May 7 exchange rates:

1 US dollar costs 26.9323 hryvnias;

1 euro – 29.1017 hryvnias;

1 Russian ruble – 0.3597 hryvnias.

Average spot market exchange rate:

– dollar: purchase of 26.80 hryvnia, sale of 27.15 hryvnia per unit;

– Euro: purchase of 28.70 hryvnia, sale of 29.20 hryvnia per unit.
