After the rumors of the last few days, Microsoft today introduced the new Surface Go 2the second generation of the Windows 10 tablet, which also represents the entry-level range of the Surface range. As expected, the new Surface Go 2 will be available in two versions. The “base” model of the new tablet is equipped with a processor Intel Pentium 4425Y in combination with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory.
The “top” version of Surface Go 2, on the other hand, can count on a processor Intel Core m3-8100Y which is supported 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory SSD, Both options have a 10.5-inch display with Full HD resolution and an aspect ratio of 3: 2. Compared to the previous generation, the diagonal of the display increases, but the tablet’s dimensions remain the same due to the reduction of the frames.
New Surface Go 2 will be available in Italy starting next 12 May with starting price 469 euro (Pentium version with 4/64 GB). At the moment, prices for the version with Core m3 have not yet been released. The tablet supports the Surface Pen and keyboard cover (available in Anthracite Gray, Black, Poppy Red, and Ice Blue colors). Both accessories must be purchased separately.
