Prosecutors for the murder of activist Yekaterina Gandzyuk have not received petitions from defenders of the injured party.

Prosecutor General Irina Venediktova said this on the Hromadske television channel, reports a correspondent for Ukrinform.

“There are no official petitions in the case (the murder of Ekaterina Gandzyuk – approximately). Officially. None. Ask the prosecutors about it. All of this has been done, everything has been done”, a- she said.

Counsel also noted that a number of the claims she had filed in the case had not been considered by prosecutors.

As reported by Ukrinform, on April 27, the Prosecutor General’s Office and the SBU announced the end of the investigation in the case of the organization of an attack on Gandzyuk.
