The government plans Wednesday to resume the operation of urban and suburban transport, interregional communication will not yet be launched.
This was stated by President Vladimir Zelensky at a press conference, reports a correspondent for Ukrinform.
“Today, at a government meeting, the issue will be discussed – from the 22nd day, urban and suburban transport will work. Between regions, we cannot yet provide,” said Zelensky.
According to him, now that in 6 regions, the statistics show a decrease in the incidence.
As Ukrinform reported, since March 12, the government has introduced quarantine in Ukraine to combat the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection. In particular, the works of the Kiev, Kharkov and Dnipro metros have been suspended, the circulation of land transport in cities, interurban and interregional road, rail and air services has been interrupted.
