Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, following a conference call with government officials on April 4, said there would be no food problems and no food shortage. Ukrainians will receive food in the required amount.

In addition, Zelensky instructed the government to urgently develop aid programs for Ukrainians in quarantine.
“The state should take care of the poorest. It is our direct responsibility. They are the unemployed, the retired, single mothers, children without parents. Every day when we think someone in the country is waiting for help. In addition, we need to make these budget changes. Therefore, I ask you not to pay attention to the weekend and to develop these programs as soon as possible ” – the president fixed the task.
Prime Minister Denis Shmygal, in turn, reported to Zelensky on the implementation of his order and said that the government was actively working on programs to support various categories of socially vulnerable population groups during their forties, and would present the first results in the coming days.
Earlier, it was reported that the Ministry of Health had predicted the peak of the coronavirus epidemic in Ukraine.
