According to the investigation, in 2016-2019, the special services of the Russian Federation engaged two Ukrainian citizens in confidential cooperation in order to collect military information on the Ukrainian armed forces to carry out activities at the expense of sovereignty, territorial integrity, inviolability and defense capabilities of Ukraine.
