Another aircraft has traveled to the Republic of Korea, which is expected to bring the next batch of special medical protective equipment to Ukraine to combat the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection.
This was reported by the press service of the President of Ukraine.
“On the personal instruction of President Vladimir Zelensky, this council will also deliver 10 South Korean citizens who have expressed a desire to return home, but have been unable to leave Ukraine due to restrictions on international air traffic,” said the press release.
It should be noted that on the way back, the plane will bring reusable protective suits and other protective equipment to Ukraine, which will be transferred to medical establishments in the regions after a certain time.
Zelensky once again stressed that special protective equipment should be delivered not only to support hospitals, but also to all other medical institutions in the country.

Ukraine has already brought 100,000 PCR tests from South Korea to detect COVID-19. Tests are already used in Ukrainian hospitals.
In Ukraine, Friday, 2204 cases of coronavirus had been confirmed in the laboratory, including 69 fatal. The number of those who have already recovered in Ukraine is 61.
