This fact has been verified by the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, Sergey Marchenko. He noted that the adoption of the banking law is one of the main requirements of the International Monetary Fund.
Marchenko spoke about it on the ICTV channel, writes “MFN”.
According to the official, Ukraine will not receive financial aid from the IMF before the second reading vote of the people’s deputies for the so-called “anti-Colomian” law:
“We now have a duty to the IMF – to pass the so-called banking law. Otherwise, we will not be able to get financial support from them. “
As Marchenko noted, in general, the Ukrainian government hopes to receive $ 3.5 billion from the International Monetary Fund.
If we take into account the financial support of all Western partners, the amount should be around $ 10 billion.
Recall earlier, Leshchenko said that disrupts the adoption of the law “anti-Colomian”.
