Ukrainians returning from abroad must undergo observation

Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleg Nemchinov urges Ukrainian citizens who have returned from abroad to download the “Home Action” application, through which the electronic control of self-isolation will take place.

He wrote about it on Facebook.

“Complete the observation of the house using the” Home action “electronic service,” said the minister.

Within two weeks, a person will receive up to 10 push notifications daily in the “Act at home” application. The user will have to take his photo, while the geolocation will work. If the quarantine mode is violated and the non-use of the application will be considered as a violation, the person will be obliged to pay a fine.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation has noted that the next version of “Act at Home” will offer the possibility of making an emergency call to the Ministry of Health hotline, and over time, orders for drugs and products online will be available.

As reported by Ukrinform, on April 22, the government ordered Mintsifri to operate the “Act at Home” electronic service, in particular the information system for the epidemiological monitoring of the spread of COVID-19, which is part of the service.
