Since 27 May, railway operator Ukrzaliznytsia is resuming the work of ticket offices at railway stations. As stated on the carrier’s website, tickets will be sold only to passengers who wear face masks.

According to the information of the acting chairman of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia Ivan Yurik, employees of the cash desk are provided with personal protective equipment, and cash registers have antiseptics. Points are also placed to ensure the distance between passengers.
