The same project was registered in the cabinet of ministers
The United States will support the development of cyber security in Ukraine and, for this purpose, will allocate $ 38 million in international technical assistance, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to him, the same project was registered in the Cabinet.
The minister noted the importance of attracting American expertise and experience to the project, as the country is one of the world’s leaders in the field of cyber security. Fedorov said, “Conflicts between countries have been in cyberspace for a long time, and we constantly feel the negative cyber activity of our northern neighbor, so we must adequately resist such aggression.”
He also said that the second day the Ministry of Digital Industry started an “active phase” of cyber security reform in Ukraine. As part of this, the leadership of the State Special Communications Service was changed and the development of the state’s cyber center was initiated with the provision of centralization and protection of the state’s IT infrastructure and registers.
The minister said that the department plans to drop the Integrated Information Security System (KSZI).
