Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov would participate in the scheduled video conference of the foreign ministers of the four Norman countries.

We know that the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, will nevertheless participate in the videoconference of the Foreign Ministers of the four Norman countries, scheduled for April 30.
According to the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Zakharova, the ministers of the four Norman countries will discuss the implementation of the agreements of the previous summit, as well as the implementation of the Minsk agreements. In addition, Zakharova noted that Lavrov will participate in a virtual press communication, which will take place after talks between the foreign ministers of the four Norman countries.
It should be noted that previously Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said that “there can be no question of any Norman summit”. The chief diplomat of the Russian Federation said that “the representatives of Ukraine to the TCG are blocking the implementation of the Paris agreements”.
