The head of the Ukrainian interior ministry, Aleksey Reznikov, has once again confirmed that Ukraine will not resume supplying water to the Crimea until the occupation of the peninsula is completed. And if the Russian Federation goes on the offensive due to a lack of water in the Crimea, Ukraine has something to answer.
The official said this in an interview “Ukrinform“, Writes the NPF.”
“We have nothing to fear. We are ready for all the actions that Russia can do … During 6 years of war, we have already fought. Today we have a completely different army, a completely different state of alert … We are ready to fight the enemies. “
Reznikov noted that the issue of water supply to Crimea is a matter of principle for the country as long as there is occupation power on the peninsula – water from the Dnieper will not enter Crimea:
“We will not help the occupying Russian administration.”
Recall that previously Kuleba and Raznikov had declared that the supply of water to the Crimea is only possible after the occupation of the peninsula.
