According to the updated forecast of the Ukrhydrometcenter, in June it will be warm with an air temperature in the range of 18 to 22 degrees higher, which is 1 to 1.5 higher than the average values.

In mountainous regions, it will be cooler – 14 to 15 degrees Celsius, which is also the long-term average. However, this cannot do without rain and thunderstorms.
“In June, compared to May, there is an increase in thunderstorm activity, hail, squalls, torrential rain and showers”, – specified in Ukrhydromettsentr.
At the same time, monthly precipitation should also be in the average statistical indicators, namely: from 43 to 90 mm in Ukraine, and in the Carpathians and in certain places of the Carpathian region – 105 – 156 mm.
Meteorologists also recalled that in Ukraine all week it will rain, in places with thunderstorms, and that the Carpathians are covered with snow. The thickness of the snow cover in places reaches 30 cm.
From Thursday expected a slight warming.
