President Vladimir Zelensky instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to give Ukrainian citizens the opportunity to receive all public services online.
He said this during a presentation of a digital identity passport and a biometric citizen passport in the Diya mobile application, reports a correspondent for Ukrinform.
“I am convinced and have entrusted such a task to our government so that Ukrainians can obtain all state services entirely online without having to cross the thresholds of official offices,” said Zelensky.
The President expressed his conviction that the automation of the interaction between citizens and the State is, above all, transparency, an opportunity to trace each step of the officials and each decision of a particular official.
According to him, these innovations constitute a practical fight against corruption at all levels.

Zelensky noted that since the beginning of this month, more than 100,000 Ukrainians have already successfully used the portal.
“We were the tenth to have introduced digital driver’s licenses and vehicle registration certificates worldwide, we are now one of the first to implement digital passports,” said Zelensky.
As noted, on Wednesday, the presentation of the introduction of a digital identity passport and a biometric passport of a Ukrainian citizen in the Diya mobile application took place.
