Zelensky receives the rank of Major General Deyneko and his deputy

President Vladimir Zelensky has awarded the rank of major general to the head of state border services, Sergey Deineko and his first deputy, Vladimir Nikiforenko.

The text of the decree concerned is published on the website of the Head of State.

As indicated, Sergey Deineko was appointed to the post of president of the National Border Service by decree of June 13, 2019.
